  • By using WhatsApp to access our services, you agree to receive messages from our verified WhatsApp account

  • You can opt-out of non-essential communications at any time
  • We will never share your WhatsApp number with third parties without your consent
  • Consultation scheduling and updates will be communicated through WhatsApp
  • You acknowledge that we may use your contact information for service-related communications

4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Data Collection

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

7.1 Billing

  • Consultation fees are billed in advance
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Transaction facilitation fees may apply for successful property purchases
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms

7.2 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Consultation fees are refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance
  • No refunds for completed consultations
  • Transaction facilitation fees are non-refundable once services begin
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MaverIQ AI is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on the use of our platform or WhatsApp messages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms

  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services

  • Any ongoing consultations or transactions will be handled according to our cancellation policy

  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
